We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Paraeducator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to students and teachers in a variety of settings, including classrooms, special education programs, and other educational environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.

• Provide support to students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, English language learners, and students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment.
• Help students with academic tasks, such as reading, writing, and math.
• Support students with behavioral and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or 48 college units preferred.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
