Position Overview

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping carts are fully stocked with necessary supplies and maintaining the inventory of linens and other cleaning materials. This role involves the removal of soiled linens, supporting the housekeeping team, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all housekeeping carts with required supplies before the arrival of room attendants.
  • Gather and dispose of soiled linens from guest accommodations.
  • Clear trash collected by room attendants.
  • Retrieve clean linens and replenish the stock on each floor.
  • Restock guest room amenities and supplies throughout the property.
  • Assist room attendants with the setup of additional bedding as needed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Participate in the thorough cleaning of guest rooms as required.
  • Deliver towels and other supplies to room attendants when necessary.
