Job Summary

This entry-level Environmental Field Technician position is available at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES), a reputable industry leader in environmental consulting and field services.

Location: Cranberry Township, PA.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with field aspects of environmental monitoring, compliance inspections, site assessment, remediation, and construction activities.

  • Perform general laborer duties, record field notes, handle warehouse and maintenance tasks, and perform labor and construction duties based on project requirements.
  • Assist with subsurface excavations, tank removals, and equipment and piping installation.

Maintain adherence to GES Health & Safety Standards in all field-related activities.

Requirements
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Mechanical aptitude is necessary, and OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus.
  • A flexible schedule is required to support project needs, and outdoor work is also expected.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are essential.
Compensation Package
