Primary Care Physician

Optum, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a member of our Care Delivery team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

Our team is dedicated to advancing the health of our community, and we're looking for a physician who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient primary care to patients, with an average of 18-22 patients per day
- Focus on an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine population, as well as Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- Work in a close-knit, engaged primary care clinic with a team of experienced healthcare professionals
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with a 4-day work week and light call responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Social Work, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted WA medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start
- 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
