Job Overview The Site Manager is accountable for overseeing the daily operations of all departments, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as adhering to the directives of the Plant Manager to guarantee that the facility operates safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all departments within the facility, focusing on production, sales, administration, and distribution. Manage human resources across departments, including recruitment, termination, and reassignment of personnel as necessary. Analyze financial reports for accuracy; compare with budgetary goals and take necessary actions. Engage with clients to assess service requirements and implement improvements. Develop procedural modifications for product handling to maintain high-quality standards. Oversee quality assurance processes and make adjustments as needed. Lead plant meetings as required. Enforce disciplinary measures when necessary. Participate in national meetings for plant managers as required. Foster communication within the plant, regional, and corporate networks. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Supervisory Duties

Direct the work of staff, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing tasks to ensure quality standards are met. Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating performance, and administering corrective actions for team members.
