Job Summary

The Maintenance Lead Mechanic will oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles. This includes ensuring that all vehicles are in peak operating condition, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and make repairs as needed
  • Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and federal regulations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical experience working with heavy equipment and vehicles
  • 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or foreman/team lead
  • Strong knowledge of engine, emission systems, transmission, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
