Computed Tomography Technologist

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital images in an efficient manner while demonstrating concern for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient's age to ensure that care provided meets the unique physical and psychosocial needs of the patient.
  • Have a full knowledge of equipment within CT, including scanners, power injectors, advanced workstations for post-processing exams, and software applications for specialized reformatting of images.
  • Must be flexible with work assignments and able to handle ever-changing demands within an Imaging department.
  • Must have the ability to use problem-solving skills, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Must be accurate in details and willing to learn.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Associate's Degree Graduate of AMA-JCH accredited approved program
  • Required High School Diploma
  • Less than 2 years Has a full knowledge of CT, CT exams, and workflow processes. Successful completion of competencies relating to Venipuncture is required in order to inject contrast material under the direct supervision of a physician.
  • ARRT - Am Registered Rad Tech
  • CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider
  • CT - CAT Scan
  • RT - Radiology Technologist
