We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at TrekRecruit LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties in the Revere/Lynn area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rentals, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and quality standards.
  • Ensure employee and resident satisfaction through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Manage operational reporting, accounts receivable/collections, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for turnovers and ensure building cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Meet budget targets and comply with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in multi-family property management and finance.
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
