We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at TrekRecruit LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties in the Revere/Lynn area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rentals, and resident relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and quality standards.
- Ensure employee and resident satisfaction through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Manage operational reporting, accounts receivable/collections, and cost control.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for turnovers and ensure building cleanliness and upkeep.
- Meet budget targets and comply with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- 4+ years of experience in multi-family property management and finance.
- Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85K/yr - $110K/yr + bonus and commission. If you are a motivated and experienced property manager looking for a new challenge, please apply today.
