Job Overview

The Shift Leader is a critical role in our restaurant, responsible for ensuring the success of our team and providing excellent customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they meet expectations and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve any issues that may arise during your shift.

Requirements:

  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs comfortably.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to travel out of state for training when hired.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the responsibilities and qualifications required for this role.
