Position: Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee of the Popeyes brand, is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the Alabama region. As a Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to each guest in a friendly and efficient manner. This includes preparing and cooking food items, as well as accurately packaging orders. Adherence to the Operating Standards Manual is essential to ensure that all tasks are performed in a timely and organized fashion, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

Ensure that every guest feels valued by fostering a welcoming environment. Greet each customer with a warm, enthusiastic smile.

Aim for optimal efficiency to meet service speed and accuracy standards.

Accurately fulfill orders within the designated service timeframe.

Handle customer payments for food orders, ensuring accurate cash handling and change distribution.

Deliver orders to customers, expressing gratitude and encouraging return visits.

Manage the cash drawer responsibly, ensuring accountability for all transactions during your shift. Conduct a cash drawer count at the end of your shift to verify accuracy.

Implement appropriate security measures in cash handling, including regular cash drops and maintaining the required cash levels in the register.

Promptly inform the Assistant Manager or General Manager of any discrepancies, overcharges, or equipment issues.

Address any customer service concerns or complaints immediately, escalating to management as necessary.

Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot and surrounding areas, ensuring they are inviting and free of litter. Regularly empty exterior trash bins and clean them as needed.

Ensure that the Drive-Thru menu board is tidy and displays accurate information.

Uphold sanitation standards in the customer dining area, service zones, and restrooms.

No prior restaurant experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
