Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for members by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot and cart area.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading items from their vehicles.
  • Support the sales floor team by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Participate in safety sweeps and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
