Administrative Support Specialist

In today's fast-paced business environment, administrative support specialists play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of companies. As an administrative support specialist with MSCCN, you will provide top-notch support to our customer service department. Your duties will include providing various administrative functions, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality of information.
About the Role:
As an administrative support specialist, you will be responsible for answering up to 100 incoming calls per day, routing them to the appropriate manager or department. You will also compile and create reports using database software and Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, you will order entry of customer orders and use Microsoft AX and Microsoft 365 for data entry and data collection.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a strong understanding of office routines and general clerical procedures. A year of relevant experience using Microsoft is also required. Furthermore, you should have knowledge of and experience with data entry, customer service, and front desk operations.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
