We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and achieve their goals for physical function and well-being.
About the Role:As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting initial evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their strengths and weaknesses
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Providing hands-on therapy and education to patients to help them recover from injuries and illnesses
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Documenting patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
To be successful as a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience with EMR software preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
