Clinical Dietitian

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing medical nutrition therapy to residents in our facilities.

• Medical Nutrition Therapy: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition plans to address acute and chronic conditions.
• Nutrition Education: Educate residents on therapeutic diets and nutrition interventions to improve outcomes and quality of life.
• Collaboration: Work closely with nursing, dietary manager, speech language pathologist, physicians, and nurse practitioners to deliver individualized nutritional therapy.
• Monitoring and Assessment: Monitor and assess residents with weight changes, enteral feeding, dialysis, and wounds.
• Resident Review Meetings: Participate in resident review meetings to address high-risk residents.
• Patient Nutrition Assessment: Conduct patient nutrition assessments on a population of varying levels of acuity patients.
• Nutrition Intervention Plan: Manage the development and implementation of nutrition intervention plans in accordance with the Nutrition Care Process.
• Nutrition Counseling: Provide nutrition counseling for individuals, taking into consideration adaptations to teaching methods necessary to meet patient learning needs.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Utilize assessment and evaluation techniques that consider the varied needs of age-specific populations, as well as cultural, religious, and ethnic concerns.
• Documentation: Provide timely and accurate documentation of nutrition care plans in patients' medical records.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Credentials: Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential; Pennsylvania state licensure as a Dietitian.
• Skills: Familiarity with PointClickCare and MDS process is a plus.
