Mental Health Clinician

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a complex environment. You will be responsible for participating in quality improvement efforts, improving patient satisfaction, and building positive relationships with staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement patient care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and open communication.
Requirements:
A minimum of six months experience as a registered nurse is required. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in practicing state is necessary. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is also required. A comprehensive crisis management certification is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
