Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. As an RN at Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
  • Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
  • Medication administration
  • Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
  • Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
  • Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
  • CPR Certification required
  • One Year prior nursing experience preferred
