The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, as well as supporting and repairing computer hardware and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and upgrade Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft O365, and authorized desktop applications
  • Support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and authorized peripherals
  • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and peripherals
  • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
  • Return defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory and maintain assigned parts inventory
