Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in a thriving outpatient environment.
About the Role:
This role involves being a full-time primary care physician within a well-established ACGME Internal Medicine Continuity Clinic. The practice is designed to support the physician, allowing for a focus on patient care.
Team Structure:
The clinic is staffed by a mix of senior and junior faculty from the Internal Medicine Graduate Medical Education (GME) program, including part-time GME Program Directors and Associate Program Directors. While experience with GME residents is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
Professional Development:
We offer numerous opportunities for mentoring through GME-led faculty development, practice enhancement, and professional growth. Physicians will also have the chance to cultivate leadership skills.
Practice Details:
This is a 100% outpatient employed position in a practice that serves over 5,000 patients annually, with a growth rate of approximately 30% for new patients each year. The clinic has been operational since 2016 and maintains a strong collaboration with the sub-specialist provider community.
Compensation and Benefits:
Physicians will have the potential to earn bonuses based on productivity, in addition to a teaching stipend for supervising residents. The position includes a competitive pay and benefits package, featuring a 401k match and an employee stock purchasing plan, as well as potential sign-on and relocation bonuses.
Additional Information:
This role does not require weekend call, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
