Key Responsibilities
1. **Customer Service Excellence**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.

2. **Operational Compliance**
- Follow all federal and state regulations, as well as CVS policies.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout all processes.
- Manage prescription processing, including accurate labeling and documentation.

3. **Inventory Management**
- Adhere to inventory management procedures to maintain stock levels.
- Assist in the organization and retrieval of prescriptions.

Preferred Qualifications
While a high school diploma is preferred, it is not mandatory. This role requires individuals who are at least 16 years of age and possess the ability to perform the tasks outlined above.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this position is $19.00 per hour.
