Ebenezer is pleased to offer a competitive compensation package, with hourly wages ranging from $21 to $27, determined by relevant experience.
As part of our esteemed senior living community, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Support Specialist. This role is vital in delivering personal care and essential health services to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of our senior residents.
This position is part-time, scheduled for every other weekend during the overnight shift, totaling 16 hours per pay period.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility support.
- Under the supervision of nursing staff, provide health-related services such as medication administration, glucose monitoring, and vital sign checks.
- Perform additional duties such as laundry, cleaning, meal service, and facilitating resident activities.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate team members.
- Support the onboarding process for new staff members.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating compassion and kindness towards residents and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to engage with a diverse and aging population.
- CNA certification is required for applicants under 18 years of age.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma or GED, or completion of a formal Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide course.
- Previous experience in roles such as Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Direct Support Professional, or Personal Care Assistant is advantageous.
