We're seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Giant Eagle Inc. As an Apprentice Baker, you'll play a key role in creating delicious pastries and baked goods that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Perform bench work according to established procedures, preparing product and forming it to specifications as required.
• Bake prepared product using appropriate time and temperature as specified by recipe.
• Insert products into and retrieve products from the freezer to preserve freshness.
• Actively demonstrate suggestive selling techniques and provide active sampling when appropriate.
• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.

• 0 to 6 months of experience working in Bakery or related industry.
• No High School diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Age requirement: at least 18 years of age.
