Loma Linda University Medical Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse B - Inpatient to join our surgical unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to a work environment of caring and cooperation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct and indirect age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient-centered care
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care according to our established Professional Practice Model
- Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan. We also offer generous paid time off and holidays.
