Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, driving sales and profit growth, and overseeing the implementation of community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling members on health care and prescription medication needs.
  • Drive sales and profit growth by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
  • Model and enforce proper member service approaches and techniques to ensure member needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within company guidelines and standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as good members of the community.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing performance feedback, and ensuring diversity awareness.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
What We Offer

At Sam's Club, we offer a competitive salary range of $112,000.00-$197,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, financial benefits, and paid time off benefits.
