Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Specialty Courts Administrator/Program Supervisor, the Grant Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a SAMHSA grant. The Grant Coordinator will provide daily oversight of projects and grants, ensuring compliance with contract provisions and funding source regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership to support the success of collaborative teams, including court staff, governmental agency partners, and community agency partners.
  2. Monitor grant program activities, ensuring compliance with contract provisions and funding source regulations.
  3. Disseminate program information to targeted audiences, including staff, system partners, funders, and the general public.
  4. Ensure open communication and accurate record-keeping of meetings and program policies.
  5. Oversee the SAMHSA Project, ensuring program goals, objectives, activities are met at specified stages in the timeline, monitor budget and purchases, and work with leadership to submit budget modifications as needed.
  6. Collect and report data to meet SAMHSA's obligations under the Government Performance and Results (GPRA) Modernization Act.
  7. Organize team training to build proficiencies.
  8. Attend statewide and national conferences and present at conferences as required.
  9. Compile and maintain statistical information for grant reporting and evaluation.
Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. At least two years of related experience is required, with project management/grant management experience preferred.

Other Requirements

The individual in this position is an at-will employee and must adhere to the Court's Model Code of Conduct for Judicial Branch Employees. Employment is dependent on a background check, criminal history and fingerprint check, and drug screen. The applicant must complete the County application form.
