Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with communication disorders
* Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions
* Provide speech therapy services and document delivery of services
* Attend patient care meetings and participate in planning for speech/language services
* Work across departments to maintain daily workflow for provision of Speech/Language Pathology Services
* Assist departmental leadership in ensuring quality Speech/Language Pathology services
* Supervise SLP-A in outpatient setting, including direct and indirect patient caseload coordination

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
* Current Oklahoma license for Speech-Language Pathology or SLP license eligible with a temporary license
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or complete within the first year under a licensed therapist as a CFY
* Previous experience in hospital setting preferred
* Experience with outpatients, pediatric feeding, dysphagia management, Vital Stim certification, and Medicare documentation preferred
