ROLE SUMMARY:

The Night Janitor is tasked with performing essential cleaning duties at designated client locations. This role is vital in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

SHIFT DETAILS:

Sunday to Thursday, 6 PM to 10 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Prepare and fill cleaning supplies with appropriate germicides.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning, stocking, and waste removal in all areas, ensuring trash can liners are replaced regularly.
  • Mop floors and vacuum carpets as needed.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks on surfaces including walls, desks, counters, and equipment.
  • Shampoo carpets and clean windows as required.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle emergency cleaning tasks efficiently during the shift.
  • Work independently at various job sites.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns, reporting them to the supervisor.
  • Notify the supervisor of any maintenance needs or discrepancies.
  • Familiarize oneself with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

This is an entry-level position; a GED is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
