Emergency Medicine Residency Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Program Director to lead our new residency program at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the residency program's curriculum and educational objectives.
- Recruit and select candidates for the residency program through the National Residency Matching Program.
- Provide accurate statistical and narrative information in accordance with the requirements of the ACGME and the ACGME's Review Committee for Emergency Medicine.
- Maintain current knowledge of the accreditation and operational requirements of the residency program.
- Collaborate with faculty to evaluate resident performance and promote a spirit of inquiry and scholarship.
- Lead the clinician workforce and allocate resources to fulfill the clinical mission of the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
