Job Summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in all spa facilities, including bathrooms, treatment rooms, and common areas.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and prepare treatment rooms, restock supplies, and maintain a neat and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other spa team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
