We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team at our San Jose, CA facility.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.
  • Follow established procedures on routine work, requiring instructions only on new assignments.
  • Display the ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs) in English.
  • Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Assembly manufacturing environment.
  • Be able to perform mechanical assembly tasks.

**Core Requirements**

  • Be available for overtime and weekend work as required, in addition to a minimum 40-hour workweek.
  • Be able to read and understand English.
  • Have the ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
  • Be able to properly use manufacturing equipment.
