TransDirectUSA is seeking a skilled Local Truck Driver CDL B Route Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for transporting products to specific route destinations, delivering, merchandising, and selling products to accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive CDL trucks to transport products to specific route destinations
  • Deliver, merchandise, and sell products to accounts
  • Touch freight, using 2-wheel hand-cart, dolly and lift gate to load and unload trucks
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Check mechanical aspects of the vehicle
  • Report maintenance/repair issues on straight truck

Requirements

  • Must have 1 year of verifiable CDL B experience
  • Foodservice and/or beverage route delivery experience required including merchandising: stocking, rotating, etc.
  • Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement
  • Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical
  • Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
  • Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English
  • Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
