Handyman/Carpenter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Handyman/Carpenter. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding results and a strong work ethic. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary.

Responsibilities:

Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks

Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise

Requirements:

2+ years of handyman / handywoman experience: carpentry, home repair, home renovation, painting, drywall, flooring, DIY projects

2+ years of customer service experience

Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry

Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems (will be using a CRM and tablet)

Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and highly dependable

Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools

Valid driver's license
