IT Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Analyst to join our team. As a Junior IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and developing solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Develop solutions to meet the needs of our customers
• Work with development staff and vendors to create prototype designs for medium-risk projects
• Conduct in-depth analysis of County systems, operations, and procedures
• Communicate information to the team and stakeholders

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of one year of directly related experience working within all or part of the essential duties described above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
