As a Guest Services Team Member at Team Outsider, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and promoting our campsite's amenities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash register and credit card machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and store environment.
- Coordinate on-site activities and events to enhance guest engagement.
- Promote local attractions, store sales, and special offers to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
