Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud System Administrator to join our team at The Squires Group. As a Cloud System Administrator, you will act as a liaison between our clients and their operations teams for support and escalations. This role requires strong communication skills to explain service delivery health to all stakeholders and address any performance issues or risks.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 5+ years of cloud administration experience. Additionally, they must hold a DoD m requirement certification and be a U.S. citizen with a TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities include communicating service delivery health, ensuring cloud orchestration and automation capability operates based on target SLAs with minimal downtime, and providing customer onboarding tracking and provisioning assignments. The successful candidate will also utilize continuous monitoring tools to monitor for service interruptions/alerts/outages and report to key stakeholders.
