RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners and produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

As an MRI Technologist at RAYUS Radiology, you will be responsible for:

  • Screening patients before exams to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Preparing patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Performing routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision, providing patient support and comfort throughout the process
  • Adjusting MRI scan parameters as needed to ensure high-quality images
  • Maintaining positive relationships with radiologists, customers, and colleagues
  • Following safety regulations and protocols to protect patients, colleagues, and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Certification in MRI technology or related field required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position working two 16-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week, totaling 40 hours of work.
