Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Slagger/Grinder to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to process metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hand chippers and hand grinders to clean flame-cut parts
• Use a part tumbler to process smaller parts
• Operate a forklift/fork truck to stage tubs or pallets
• Use an overhead crane or jib crane to move heavy loads
• Pack finished parts in tubs or on pallets and apply shipping labels
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance with quality standards
• Lift, pull, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week and overtime when needed
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use basic power and hand tools
