About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Electro Space Fabricator, a leading provider of high-precision sheet metal fabrication services. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of custom-built enclosures and panels for our clients in the medical, communications, transportation, and security sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret customer drawings and files to prepare for turret punch press and shear programming
  • Collaborate with our inside sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Solidworks CAD software
  • Ability to read and interpret 3D manufacturing drawings
  • Strong mechanical and spatial aptitude, with excellent math and computer skills
