Key Responsibilities
  • Creates a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
  • Empties and cleans garbage cans, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Stocks supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Cleans floors, walls, ceilings, and vents to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Cleans carpet, including vacuuming, shampooing, and spot cleaning, to maintain a clean and attractive environment.
  • Cleans Memorabilia cases to preserve the integrity of the exhibits.
  • Cleans glass windows and doors to maintain a clean and transparent environment.
  • Cleans entryways to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
  • Operates and maintains floor equipment for sweeping, carpet shampooing, and scrubbing tile floors.
  • Follows all Department safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Attends and participates in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned.
  • Performs work regularly and predictably to maintain a consistent level of service.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Non-Essential Job Functions
  • Attends seminars when needed to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening.
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
Knowledge and Abilities
  • Safe use of hazardous materials.
  • Basic hand and power tools and testing equipment.
  • Excellent guest service skills and communication skills.
  • Janitorial duties.
