We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
• Craft high-quality beverages, adhering to Starbucks' brand standards and food safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Target's high standards for cleanliness and safety
• Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of store operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
