Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team at UHS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to high-risk patients.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate the nutritional care provided to patients.
- Interact with medical staff, nursing staff, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain performance skills and adhere to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
- Collaborate with the Nutrition Services Department to ensure effective patient care.
- Familiarity with basic nutritional assessments for all age groups.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills are highly desirable.
- Varied experience in dietetics is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
- Must be registered by the American Dietetic Association and licensed by the State of Texas or receive license within 6 months of becoming registered.
Must possess a strong educational background in dietetics and be licensed by the State of Texas or receive license within 6 months of becoming registered.
