Job Overview:

This position requires an experienced leader with a strong background in commercial electrical work and data center experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage and motivate a team of electricians, and have a proven track record in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians on commercial construction projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and schematics.
  • Guarantee that all electrical installations comply with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Organize regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
  • Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial construction.
  • Valid OSHA 10 certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Capacity to work in diverse environments, including educational institutions, correctional facilities, and government buildings.
  • Possess a comprehensive set of electrical tools.
