SSM Health is seeking a dedicated
part-time Geriatrics Inpatient Consultation physician to join our team at St. Mary's Hospital. This role involves collaborating with inpatient teams, including trauma and hospitalist services, to develop and implement geriatrics protocols while providing consultation for eligible patients.
Candidate Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will be board-certified in geriatrics or possess a family medicine or internal medicine background with a strong focus on geriatrics. Completion of a geriatrics fellowship is highly desirable.
Position Highlights:
- Required availability: Monday to Friday, with no on-call duties
- Approximately 2 hours of consultation per day
- Preference for morning and/or afternoon shifts, with some flexibility for evening hours
