Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of farm equipment, including routine maintenance and general repairs.
  • Participate in the assembly of equipment during the off-season.

  • Develop and implement agronomic practices to optimize crop yields.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of full-time row crop experience.
  • Plant-to-harvest experience preferred.
  • Self-propelled sprayer experience a plus.
  • Routine maintenance and general repairs are essential.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a good work ethic.
  • Agronomy experience a plus.
  • CDL with a clean driving record is required.
