As a Chilled Food Preparation Expert, you will need to be detail-oriented, proactive in communication, self-driven, and highly receptive to coaching. Compensation: $15.50/hr (during training) - $16.50/hr (post-training)


Position Details:

  • Availability required Monday - Saturday between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Full-Time, 40+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all food preparation needs, taking ownership of the food prep area.
  • Follow the afternoon/evening checklist to ensure all prepped food is ready for the dinner shift.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Director to place orders for fresh food items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized food prep station at all times.
  • Efficiently prepare cold menu items, such as wraps, salads, fruit, and catering trays, adhering to company standards.
  • Stay informed about new products and refer to menu cards as needed.
  • Wash and store kitchen utensils and dishes.
  • Assist other areas of the restaurant with opening tasks.
  • Consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow instructions from Back-of-House leadership.
