Korzen Health is partnering with a leading healthcare system in the area to recruit a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a Telehealth position in South Carolina.
Job Details- 7p-7a overnight schedule on a 7-on-7-off schedule
- Providing overnight call for hospitals in South Carolina
- Soft call arrangement, not a constant staffing arrangement
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, medication needs, and treatment goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medication for clients, minimizing side effects and monitoring for drug interactions
- Provide medication education to clients and family members
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Stay up-to-date on best practices, new research, and medications related to psychiatric and behavioral health care
