We are seeking an experienced Tele RN to join our team at Mercy Medical Center Redding. This is a travel assignment opportunity that requires a strong background in critical care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced IMCU environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, including CHF, COPD, and renal failure
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and hospital policies
- 2+ years of experience in critical care or telehealth
- Active BLS, ACLS, and CA license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 4-week schedule. The shift schedule includes 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period, with days off during the week. The hospital is open to first-time travelers and offers a competitive compensation package.
Unit InformationThe IMCU unit at Mercy Medical Center Redding is a 30-bed unit that provides care to patients with complex medical conditions. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Cerner EMR and Phillips tele monitoring systems. The team is led by a charge nurse who oversees the care of all patients on the unit.
