Position Overview & Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Rehabilitation Therapist (PT) who is either licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in the relevant state to work in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC).

  • This position is a contract role with a schedule of 5 days a week, 8 hours each day.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for integrating the organization's vision, values, mission, and critical goals into their daily performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist (PT) with a focus on SNF / LTC.
  • A current Rehabilitation Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
