We are seeking a highly skilled CDL A Driver to join our team at AmeriGas, the nation's largest propane distributor. As a CDL A Driver, you will be responsible for transporting propane from supply points to company facilities across the United States.

About the Role

This is a safety-critical position that requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the safe transportation of propane. You will drive a tanker truck, making multiple pick-ups and deliveries daily, while maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tanker truck to pick up propane at the refinery and deliver to area AmeriGas facilities.
  • Attach terminal hoses to the truck connections to pump propane into the tanker.
  • Unload the tanker using permanent hoses attached to the filling ports or the hoses stored in the truck.
  • Perform twice-daily truck inspections.

Requirements

  • 1 Year Tanker Experience within the last 3 years (preferred).
  • Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement.
  • Eligibility for a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC).
  • No accidents in the Previous 3 years.
  • No More Than One Moving Violation in the Previous 2 years.
