**Job Summary**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness or sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for overseeing all studio functionality, including sales, instructors, and revenue streams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking efforts
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales, business development, and local events
  • Manage staff schedules and supervise sales representatives and flexologists
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and stock levels
  • Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
  • Collect outstanding dues and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads

**Requirements**
