Server Position at Yona Solutions

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Yona Solutions. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of food and beverages in accordance with menu requirements and resident needs.
  • Set up and maintain the dining room, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to residents' satisfaction.
  • Clean and maintain eating and prep surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
  • Collect and stack dirty dishes and return them to the kitchen.
  • Wash cooking equipment, carts, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
  • Remove garbage and store food in designated areas.
  • Report any issues or problems to the Food Services Director.
  • Comply with state and federal sanitation standards and all applicable health care and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Server or in a related customer service role.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Aptitude in operating cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food services is a plus.
